宿泊ポリシー/住宿政策/Accommodation Policies
(1) 当宿泊施設は全館完全禁煙となっております。喫煙が発覚した場合、最高で100,000円の罰金が科せられます。

本民宿全館禁菸，如經檢舉，應處100,000元之罰款。

This building is non-smoking. If there is evidence of smoking in the building, a fine of up to 100,000 Japanese yen will be imposed.

*Please smoke at the closest convenience store.
(2) 近隣の方々に対してご迷惑にならない様、大きな音を立てないようご配慮ください。
請尊重附近鄰居，勿大聲喧嘩。
Be respectful to neighbors and refrain from making too much loud noise.
(3) 規定に基づいてごみの分別をお願いいたします。
請依規定進行垃圾分類。
Please separate your trash.
(4) 近隣の方々に対してご迷惑にならない様、大きな音を立てないようご配慮ください。
請愛惜公物，維護環境。
Please carefully use the items provided by the hotel.
(5) 当宿泊施設ではペットの同伴は許可されていません。
禁止攜帶寵物。
No pets are allowed.
(6) 当宿泊施設内外および近隣の建物にゴミを捨てないでください。
不得於本民宿內外或鄰近區域亂丟垃圾。
No littering inside and outside the accommodations or at neighboring houses
(7) 以下の時間帯は静かにお過ごしくださいますようお願いいたします：21:00～7:00（午後9時から午前7時まで）
於晚上九點至早上七點間，請保持安靜。
Quiet hours are to be followed at the times shown：21:00- 7:00 (9:00PM- 7:00AM)
(8) チェックインの時間は午後３時から午後9時までとなっております。時間内でのチェックインが難しい場合は、事前にお知らせいただくか、メールにてご連絡ください。
入住時間：自下午3時起至下午9時止，如無法於前述時辦理入住手續，敬請先行來信告知。
The check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. If you want to change your check-in time, please let us know in advance via E-mail.
(9) 本館1階のカフェ/バーで提供される飲食物は、その指定されたエリア内でのみご利用いただけます。
主樓一樓的咖啡廳/酒吧提供的餐飲僅限於該區域內享用。
Food and drink from the cafe/bar on the first floor of the main building may only be consumed in that designated area.
(10) 荷物預かりサービスは本館(ホテル)のみで提供しており、荷物の配送サービスは行っておりません。
僅有主要位置提供行李服務，我們不提供行李遞送服務。
Luggage storage service is only available at the main location; we do not offer luggage delivery service.
(11) 客室の鍵を紛失し、チェックアウト時間までに見つからなかった場合、新しい鍵の発行に10,000円(税抜き)の手数料がかかります。
如果房間鑰匙遺失且未在退房時間前找回，將收取 10,000 日圓(不含稅)手續費以更換新鑰匙
If the room key is lost and not recovered by checkout time, a fee of JPY 10,000 (without tax) will be charged to replace it.
(12) お荷物をフロントにお預けいただいた場合でも、盗難や破損につきましては、当ホテルでは一切の責任を負いかねますので、ご了承ください。
即使行李或物品已交由櫃檯保管，若發生遺失或損壞，本飯店恕不負責，敬請見諒。
The Hotel is not liable for any stolen/damaged baggage or belongings when it is handed over to the Front Desk。
(13) お荷物のお預かりは本館（ホテル）のみで承っております。チェックアウト後のお荷物は、当日中のみお預かり可能です。翌日以降のお預かりは承っておりませんので、ご了承ください。
李寄存服務僅限於本館（飯店）提供。退房後，行李僅能於當天寄存，恕不提供隔夜保管服務。
Luggage storage is only available at the main location(hotel). After check-out, you can store your luggage only for that day.
